If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange and/or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• The exchange or store-credit request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The fragrance is in its original condition or similar condition.
• You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

Exchanges

If you choose to exchange your fragrance, we will work with you to select a new scent from our collection. Any price difference between the original and exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued for the value of the eligible returned item and can be used toward a future purchase on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
