  At Ray Rah, we stand behind the quality of our fragrances. Unlike most fragrance companies, we are proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for our valued customers. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that choosing a fragrance is a personal experience, and sometimes, it may take time to find the perfect scent. That's why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on orders placed in the continental United States. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and provide you with STORE CREDIT and/or an exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our Satisfaction Guarantee, please ensure that:

• The return is requested within 3-5 days of the original purchase date.
• The fragrance is in its original condition or simliar. 
• You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at connect@rayrah.com.  Our dedicated team will guide you through the return process and assist you in finding a fragrance from our collection that better suits your preferences.

Exchanges

If you choose to exchange your fragrance, we will work with you to select a new scent from our collection. Any price differences between the returned and exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly.

Store Credit

You will receive store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please Note

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.
• Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
