Shipping Policy

Where we ship
RayRah French Perfumes ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more.
- Orders under $75: standard shipping is $6.90 for most orders. Larger orders over 6 lb are $9.67.
- Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with USPS or UPS. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Why fragrances ship by ground
Our perfumes contain alcohol, so carrier rules require them to ship by ground service. Expedited and air shipping are not available.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at Connect@rayrah.com. We will try to update the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, first check with neighbors and your local post office. Then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email Connect@rayrah.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and the packaging, and we’ll make it right.
