1. Overview
This website, rayrah.com, is operated by Ray Rah French Perfumes LLC (“RayRah,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Products
We work to display our fragrances, colors, and packaging as accurately as possible. Fragrance is personal, and a scent can smell different on each person’s skin. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly.

4. Fragrance safety
Our products are for external use only. They contain alcohol and are flammable, so keep them away from heat and open flame. Keep them out of reach of children, and do not spray them near the eyes. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, review the ingredient information and test on a small area of skin first. Stop use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

5. Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and issue a full refund.

6. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or that exceed reasonable quantity limits. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

7. Discounts, promotions, and gifts
Discount codes, reward cards, and promotional gifts (such as complimentary testers) are subject to the terms stated with each offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to past orders. We may change or end any promotion at any time.

8. Shipping, returns, and exchanges
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Both policies are part of these Terms.

9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this site belongs to Ray Rah French Perfumes LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. This includes the RayRah name and logo, product names, images, text, and design. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

11. User content
If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share them in connection with our business. You also confirm that you have the right to share that content.

12. Prohibited uses
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose. You may not interfere with its security or operation, or misuse discount offers. You may not resell our products in a way that misrepresents them as other brands.

Our site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services, such as payment processors and carriers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
